I've saved this card for a long time from when I visited my friend Jean Akin in Portland, OR. The Memory Box stamp I used is the little thank you. Portland, Maine also has a lovely rose garden across from the Forest Avenue Post Office.
We have the most beautiful antique pink rose bush in our backyard that is really more like a tree. Those roses have the sweetest scent.
I'm thinking I'm going to try my hand at making paper flowers later today. Or ribbon roses.
