CAS on Sunday Challenge #31: A Birthday to Die For

The Challenge #31 this week on CAS (Clean And Simple) on Sunday is to make a birthday card that uses a die cut.  Here's my card:

Memory Box White Notecard
Memory Box Die Verona Bouquet No. 98873
Memory Box Distressed Dots Paper--Violet
Memory Box Dots Paper--Thistle
cut die three times:  once in card front and once each in patterned papers
layer the die cuts into the card front opening after adhering adhesive-covered paper inside the card front
make a three-layer tag from paper scraps

Archival Deep Purple Ink
flat matte-white adhesive-backed jewels

By inlaying the die cut, you get a card with a nice flat front to it.  The flower centers add up to the same height as the three-layer sentiment tag.  No extra postage on this one!
