I decided today that I would try to revive this blog. Have no idea if I still have any followers and am not sure if I'll pick up any.
I do a number of things that I will blog about in this space.
- I do vintage resale at The Rusticators Emporium in Downtown Hallowell, Maine.
- I make cards and post on the Outside the Box blog as a member of the Design Team for Memory Box Company.
- I teach card making classes in my town, with a small group of friends, and at a retirement community in a nearby town every month or so.
- I sew garments and I make art quilts.
- I'm a paper artist, creating handmade books and making collages.
- I dabble in multimedia arts projects.
- I collect any number of things, from puzzle boxes to empty wasp nests to Andersen Pottery birds and animals and so much more.
- I host a story hour and craft project weekly at the town library for preschoolers.
Maybe that's enough to let you know that I'm pretty busy for a retired teacher/librarian.
I've got to figure out how to post photos. Google is not being cooperative today. 😁
